★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco in agenzia il mattino seguente, per un annuncio pubblicato la sera precedente. Fanno il terzo grado. Ci dicono che non è possibile vedere la casa ma che bisogna prima fissare un colloquio conoscitivo nei 2 giorni successivi. Mi assicurano che non ci sono prenotazioni o visite per quella casa.
Prendo appuntamento ma il pomeriggio mi chiamano sul cell avvisandomi che la casa è stata data via...annuncio pubblicato la sera prima. Evitate assolutamente
I go to the agency the following morning, for an advertisement published the previous evening. They do the third degree. They tell us that it is not possible to see the house but that we must first arrange a cognitive interview in the following 2 days. They assure me that there are no reservations or visits for that house.
I make an appointment but in the afternoon they call me on my cell and inform me that the house has been given away ... ad published the night before. Absolutely avoid

I recently tried calling them, on all their phone numbers. Unfortunately I have not received any response. I also tried to contact them through the advertisements they posted on various websites. Nothing at all, I wonder if this agency really exists.

Non so se siamo noi che siamo antipatici agli agenti immobiliari di questa sede o se non sanno gestire i rapporti con la clientela.
Vi racconto la mia esperienza: io e il mio compagno cerchiamo casa in affitto da mesi. Li avevo contattati personalmente, per visionare un immobile ma loro mi hanno detto che mi sarei dovuta recare prima da loro per fornigli dei dati. L'appuntamento me lo hanno fissato ben tre settimane dopo. Il che già la dice lunga sulla disorganizzazione dell'agenzia, visto che abito in zona e la vedo perennemente vuota.
Ci siamo recati presso la loro agenzia per lasciargli tutti i dati, ma da quel giorno, non siamo più stati contattati.
Nel corso dei mesi, ho visto su vari siti online che venivano pubblicati nuovi annunci che rispettavano le nostre esigenze, senza MAI essere contattati.
Visto il continuo ignorarci, abbiamo chiamato svariate volte chiedendo se si potessero vedere gli immobili in questione, ma puntualmente dicevano che c'era una fila interminabile di persone prima di noi, e che pertanto avremmo dovuto lasciare stare. (Annunci pubblicati il giorno prima).
Io mi chiedo, ma se veramente davanti a noi ci stava tutta questa fila, perché pubblicare gli annunci anche su internet, visto che a detta loro, la casa sarebbe stata affittata nel giro di un giorno? Insomma, non mi sento di dare più di una stella. Anzi, una è pure troppo.

I do not know if it is we who are unpleasant to the real estate agents of this office or if they do not know how to manage relationships with customers.
I'll tell you my experience: my partner and I have been looking for a house to rent for months. I had contacted them personally, to view a property but they told me that I would have to go to them first to provide them with data. The appointment was set for me three weeks later. Which already says a lot about the disorganization of the agency, given that I live in the area and I see it perennially empty.
We went to their agency to leave them all the data, but since that day, we have not been contacted anymore.
Over the months, I have seen new ads appearing on various online sites that matched our needs, NEVER being contacted.
Given the constant ignoring us, we called several times asking if we could see the properties in question, but they promptly said that there was an interminable line of people before us, and that therefore we should have left alone. (Ads posted the day before).
I wonder, but if there was really this whole row in front of us, why publish the ads on the internet too, given that according to them, the house would be rented within a day? In short, I don't feel like giving more than one star. Indeed, one is too much.
