★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti nuovi, tutto sommato vicini al mare, circa 150 m a piedi, purtroppo parecchi problemi di mancata manutenzione prima di affittarli. Mancano di piccole attenzioni (pentole, tovaglie e lenzuola). Chi viene da fuori non può fare un trasloco.
New apartments, all in all close to the sea, about 150 m on foot, unfortunately several problems of lack of maintenance before renting them. They lack little attention (pots, tablecloths and sheets). Those who come from outside cannot make a move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La maleducazione incredibile dell'agente con cui ho parlato mi lascia basito. La proprietà non affitta a liberi professionisti in violazione palese della legge e dei diritti fondamentali della persona. Dopo avermi detto che se non ho una busta paga non posso affittare (nonostante la mia disponibilità a mostrare il mio conto in banca, se solo mi avesse permesso di parlare) l'agente mi saluta in maniera maleducata gridando tre volte come un disco rotto "buonasera, arrivederci" interrompendomi e non ascoltando.
La sua maleducazione e la sua arroganza mi hanno fatto venire una repulsione totale verso questa agenzia immobiliare che mai più ricontatterò in qualunque sede al mondo. Con me avete chiuso ancora prima di iniziare.
Patetico ed ignorante della legge.
Mi auguro che la direzione della sede lo licenzi.
Perché si suppone che un agente immobiliare abbia fatto un esame di abilitazione in cui si studia anche diritto civile.
Il proprietario di un immobile non è un legislatore e l'agente immobiliare dovrebbe fare incontrare e mediare tra domanda e offerta (ed anche fare ragionare un proprietario su richieste assurde in totale violazione della privacy), quale sarebbe altrimenti il vantaggio per l'affittuario nel pagare una mensilità all'agenzia?
Sono allibito.
Meglio rivolgersi ad agenzie serie.

The incredible rudeness of the agent I spoke to leaves me thrilled. The property does not rent to freelancers in blatant violation of the law and fundamental human rights. After telling me that if I don't have a paycheck I can't rent (despite my willingness to show my bank account, if only he'd let me speak) the agent greets me rudely by shouting three times like a broken record " good evening, goodbye "interrupting me and not listening.
His rudeness and his arrogance have given me a total repulsion towards this real estate agency that I will never contact again anywhere in the world. With me you are done even before starting.
Pathetic and ignorant of the law.
I hope the management of the office fires him.
Because a real estate agent is supposed to have taken a qualification exam in which civil law is also studied.
The owner of a property is not a legislator and the real estate agent should bring together and mediate between supply and demand (and also make an owner think about absurd requests in total violation of privacy), what would otherwise be the advantage for the tenant in the pay a monthly salary to the agency?
I am shocked.
Better to turn to serious agencies.
