Dopo due mail senza risposta,sono stato in ufficio,hanno preso i miei dati e non sono mai stato contattato
Non capisco quale sia stato il loro lavoro nei miei confronti

L’agenzia e la proprietaria del negozio non hanno effettuato la registrazione del contratto, non hanno inoltre dato risposta immediata all’agenzia delle entrate che si è, in ultima analisi, giustamente rivolta a me! (Nonostante la registrazione non fosse di mia competenza). INCONPETENTI hanno oltretutto risposto con toni maleducati.
I was a tenant in a shop in Borgo Palazzo. The agency and the owner of the shop did not register the contract, they also did not give an immediate response to the revenue agency which, in the final analysis, rightly turned to me! (Although registration was not my responsibility). INCONPETENT have also responded with rude tones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedo l'appartamento due volte. Praticamente manca solo la firma tanto che avrei già potuto comprare materasso e lavatrice. Dopo tutto ciò sparito. Chiamate su chiamate,messaggi,chiamate in agenzia: niente per 10 giorni dicendo ("ti chiamo dopo" e spariva).
Alla fine nemmeno la correttezza di una telefonata : con un vocale e un messaggio mi dice che l'appartamento è stato venduto.
Quando però vede una recensione negativa mi scrive subito e , ciliegina sulla torta, mi blocca su whatsapp.

I see the apartment twice. Practically only the signature is missing so much that I could have already bought mattress and washing machine. After all that disappeared. Calls on calls, messages, agency calls: nothing for 10 days saying ("I'll call you later" and disappeared).
In the end not even the correctness of a phone call: with a vowel and a message it tells me that the apartment has been sold.
But when he sees a negative review he immediately writes me and, icing on the cake, he blocks me on whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già dargli una stella è tanto! Ho chiamato ieri nel pomeriggio per avere info su un appartamento, la signora ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamata dopo qualche minuto! Il giorno seguente richiamo,la stessa signora mi ha detto che mi richiamava tra un ora, mai richiamata! Le ho inviato un sms e mai più risposto! Sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia, in base ovviamente alla mia esperienza! Saluti e a mai più!
Just giving it a star is a lot! I called yesterday in the afternoon to get info on an apartment, the lady said she would call me back after a few minutes! The following day I call back, the same lady told me she would call me back in an hour, never called back! I sent her a text message and never answered again! I strongly advise against this agency, obviously based on my experience! Greetings and never again!
