H	Heroinda tuc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne more poklicat s slo, ker stane preveč, prideš tja, naročen ob uri in te pusti čakat... konkretno v mojem primeru, ne da veliko na žensko besedo, niti se ne trudi dati čas za prevod, veliko govoriči s tistimi, ki mu dajo prav, obljublja , da se bo vse poštimalo (napake v stanovanju), ko se podpiše pogodba pa ugotoviš, da so bile samo besede in dejanj ni. Čeprav sem ga plačala jaz ne komunicira z mano. Anni fa decisamente non l'avrei consigliata, chi ci lavorava non ha rispettato il minimo sindacale dopo essersi preso quanto richiedeva, mettendomi in forte difficoltà davanti ad un contratto che non ha rispettato quanto vi era scritto fondamentalmente, e costringendomi a rimanere più di quello che avrei voluto, pagando ovviamente una cifra che non rispecchiava il valore della casa. La persona se ne era disinteressata assolutamente tanto sapeva di dover lasciare. La mia recensione è per questa persona. Ed anche vero però che ora so che ha cambiato gestione, le persone sembrano più cordiali, più giovani e più disponibili, ma a parte due volte che sono andata lì per cercare casa, non so dire altro, se non dare almeno tre stelle per la fiducia, per la gestione precedente invece sarebbe stata meno di una. I agree with the negative reviews. Years ago I definitely would not have recommended it, those who worked there did not respect the minimum wage after taking what they requested, putting me in great difficulty before a contract that did not respect what was written there basically, and forcing me to stay longer than what I would have liked, obviously paying a sum that did not reflect the value of the house. Il primo per motivi che possono capitare ma la tragedia è il secondo, dopo 20 minuti di ritardo e senza rispondere al telefono risponde su WhatsApp al nostro garante dicendo di non avere le chiavi dell' appartamento. Una cosa che a malincuore definisco oscena, la meno professionale che abbia mai visto. Terrible experience, two missed appointments in 7 days. We were assisted at all times and had all of our questions answered quickly. Even thought we did not speak Italian they were happy to communicate in English without any issue. Great experience!
