L’esperienza del viaggio organizzato dall’ agenzia Soleventi si è rivelata non soddisfacente e ben al di sotto, non solo delle aspettative, ma anche delle affermazioni e garanzie circa la qualità e la tipologia dei servizi a noi riservati. Se non ci fossimo affidati a questa agenzia avremmo con grande facilità speso di meno, se non la metà, e sicuramente il viaggio sarebbe stato organizzato meglio. Ho dovuto telefonare dopo 15 giorni per sapere che i voucher erano esauriti, e non mi ha neanche proposto qualcosa di alternativo. Un riscontro cortese in tempo utile alla mia richiesta sarebbe stato gentile. In bocca la lupo per il lavoro!
