Non esito mai a chiedere il loro consiglio per qualsiasi dubbio circa i miei impianti idricosportivi.
I can only compliment the professionalism of this company, always available and competent, always one of the owner who takes any problem or question about himself; ways always in hand and sympathy (not least, often, nice and useful gifts!).
I never hesitate to ask their advice for any doubts about my water sports facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. La mia compagna li ha contattati, 15 gg fa circa, per un preventivo di apertura piscina a sale. Gentilissimi e cortesi nella risposta al telefono, le dicono che l'avrebbero ricontattata il lunedì per farle sapere la data del sopralluogo. Dato che arrivati a giovedì nessuno si era fatto sentire, sempre la mia compagna li richiama, e sempre con toni cortesi le rispondono che il tecnico la ricontatterà venerdì o sabato per effettuare il sopralluogo, dato che il tecnico abita nel paese limitrofo al nostro. Giunti a sabato e non avendo ricevuto alcun riscontro telefonico la mia compagna li contatta nuovamente, l'interlocutore ha risposto dicendo che era impegnato ma dopo 5 minuti l'avrebbe ricontattata. La telefonata era delle ore 11:00 circa e giunti alle ore 12:00 senza essere stata ricontattata, abbiamo deciso di inviare un mail con la quale annullavamo la richiesta di preventivo. Siamo a martedì e non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere per presa visione alla mail. Se queste sono le premesse non andiamo bene. Mi dispiace perché sembrava un'azienda seria e affidabile.
Bad experience. My partner contacted them, about 15 days ago, for a quote to open the salt pool. Very kind and courteous in the answer on the phone, they tell her that they would have contacted her on Monday to let her know the date of the inspection. Since nobody arrived on Thursday, my companion always called them back, and always with courteous tones they replied that the technician will contact you on Friday or Saturday to carry out the inspection, given that the technician lives in the neighboring country. Arriving on Saturday and not having received any telephone response, my partner contacted them again, the interlocutor replied that he was busy but after 5 minutes he would have contacted her. The call was around 11:00 and arrived at 12:00 without having been contacted, we decided to send an email with which we canceled the request for a quote. We are on Tuesday and they have not even deigned to reply by viewing the email. If these are the premises we are not going well. I'm sorry because it seemed like a serious and reliable company.
