Finora ho solo avuto esperienza con la parte commerciale e tecnica attraverso chat e mail. Ho ordinato i pannelli ma non li ho ancora ricevuti. L’esperienza finora è stata superiore alle aspettative: personale commerciale e tecnico estremamente disponibile e competente. Scriverò di nuovo dopo aver ricevuto, installato e provato i pannelli.

Ho avuto una esperienza molto positiva con lo Staff della Solbian. Mi hanno aiutato sin dall'inizio a capire quale configurazione potesse essere la migliore per le mie esigenze e guidato sia per quanto riguarda il dimensionalemto elettrico che per l'installazione a bordo. Grazie di cuore per la pazienza e la professionalità, in ordine alfabetico, a Antonio, Emilia e Manuel. Antonio per le dritte sul montaggio sul rollbar, Emilia per tutte le informazioni riguardo al dimensionamento dell'impianto e Manuel per la parte commerciale.

Solbian made me an offer of free delivery of a flexible panel including charger, deck feed through and cables with a delivery time of two weeks. For my part, I already offered delivery up to a month after the order, because then at the latest the panel should be installed and the marina should be left. The panel didn't arrive: When asked after a month, the only answer was that "hopefully" it will be sent next week. Until then, it seemed that absolutely nothing had happened. Then I was given new delivery dates over and over again, which were always not adhered to. Ultimately, the panel arrived almost 4 weeks late or almost 8 weeks after ordering. Solbian gave neither an explanation nor an apology. Allegedly the panel was sent with DHL Express (DHL advertises delivery in 24h), but it still took weeks to deliver. The address was then also entered wrong, which meant that the delivery did not work at first. In addition, tax problems arose for the marina, which had been specified as the recipient. In addition, I had to pay 190 € for custom and again VAT in Montenegro, even though VAT had already been paid in Italy. Ultimately, it turned out weeks later that DHL had handed the package over to the delivery service "MILSPED" in Montegegro, who sent another invoice for 34 € to the marina, which they of course would like me to reimburse. So much for free delivery. In the end, the cables were missing in the package. At least Solbian sent the cables home to me. I can't say anything about the longevity of the product yet, I'll review that after a few years. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Solbian for delivery and shopping experience. Maybe there are competent online retailers who sell the panels smoothly and maybe the products really have a quality that justifies the extremely high price of over 1000 € for an 82W solar installation.

Staff were very helpful and professional and always available to give advice. Best product on the market.

An efficient and friendly company. When I have questions, always get the reply from them sooner. It is nice to deal with them. Will keep in touch with Solbian and hope that we will place repeat orders soon.
