Faccio una lampada e sopracciglia con una ragazza, laky che aveva finito il turno ma nonostante ciò mi accontenta regalandomi un massaggio oculare drenante. Prezzo e personale eccezionale.
I went to the center this morning: welcomed with education and cordiality. I ask for advice. They make themselves available. I make a lamp and eyebrows with a girl, laky who had finished the shift but nevertheless she is satisfied with giving me a draining eye massage. Outstanding price and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo in questo centro da un annetto,mi sono sempre trovata bene. Purtroppo oggi ho fatto una cera e inizialmente sembrava tutto perfetto. Appena sono tornata a casa ho trovato vari peli che non mi sono stati tolti. Sicuramente l'estetista era competente,ma forse un po' stanca e ha tirato un po' via alcune parti. Però 48€ per un lavoro parziale è un po' esagerato.
I have been coming to this center for a year, I have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately today I made a wax and initially everything seemed perfect. As soon as I got home I found several hairs that were not removed from me. Surely the beautician was competent, but maybe a little tired and pulled some parts off a bit. But 48 € for a partial job is a bit exaggerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato questo posto per le docce solari per anni e mi sono trovato abbastanza bene, ma un giorno mi è successa una cosa di cattivo gusto, che mi ha fatto vergognare per loro. Premessa: per le lampade danno una fidelity card sulla quale fanno un timbro dopo ogni volta che fai la lampada, così ogni dieci lampade una è in omaggio. La fidelity card non la pretendo io, me l'hanno data loro, ed è comunque un modo intelligente di tenere la clientela. Benissimo. Recentemente, dopo aver fatto la doccia solare, vado per pagare porgendo la fidelity card e il bancomat. Mi rispondono un po’ duramente: “no, se si paga con il bancomat, non facciamo il timbro sulla fidelity card”. Cosa vuol dire? Ho pagato quasi sempre in contanti e ho sempre chiuso un occhio da cliente. Una volta che pago con bancomat mi si fa questa uscita? Se mi avessero chiesto gentilmente se potevo pagare in contanti, sarei stato disposto ad andare a prelevare e sarei salito su a pagare, e avrei considerato questa loro preferenza anche per le prossime volte. Le fidelity card non servono so non sai comunicare con i clienti. Di cattivo gusto davvero. Non credo ci ritornerò.
I have been going to this place for sun showers for years and have enjoyed it quite well, but one day something in bad taste happened to me, which made me feel ashamed for them. Premise: for the lamps they give a fidelity card on which they make a stamp after each time you make the lamp, so every ten lamps one is free. I don't ask for the fidelity card, they gave it to me, and it's still a smart way to keep customers. Very good. Recently, after taking a sun shower, I go to pay by handing the fidelity card and the ATM. They answer me a bit harshly: "no, if you pay with an ATM, we don't stamp the fidelity card". What does it mean? I have almost always paid in cash and have always turned a blind eye as a customer. Once I pay with an ATM, do I get this out? If they had asked me politely if I could pay in cash, I would have been willing to go and pick up and go up to pay, and I would have considered their preference for the next few times as well. Fidelity cards are useless, I know you don't know how to communicate with customers. Really bad taste. I don't think I'll be back.
