★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Sono venuti a sistemarmi la mia vetusta caldaia Lamborghini, sostituendo due pezzi, perchè loro erano convinti di ciò. Pareva che il lavoro fosse stato fatto a regola d'arte, invece la caldaia ha continuato a non funzionare. Non potevo lavarmi e non potevo usare il riscaldamento. Mi fecero un preventivo ma poi lo cambiarono, non mi pare, a mio favore. Poichè non vollero ritornare a farmi partire la caldaia, dovetti metterci l'avvocato. Hanno restituito parte dei soldi, però, la loro assenza di etica professionale e di serietà rimangono. Spero che questo scritto serva alle persone che si metteranno in contatto con questa società.
Bad experience. They came to fix my old Lamborghini boiler, replacing two pieces, because they were convinced of that. It seemed that the work had been done in a workmanlike manner, but the boiler continued to fail. I couldn't wash myself and I couldn't use the heating. They gave me a quote but then changed it, I don't think, in my favor. Since they didn't want to go back to start the boiler, I had to put in the lawyer. They returned some of the money, however, their lack of professional ethics and seriousness remain. I hope this paper will serve the people who will get in touch with this company.
