Sin da subito notevoli anomalie hanno caratterizzato la messa in opera di tale impianto, dopo 3 settimane è esploso il raccordo con un forte boato. Hanno cambiato qualche pezzo peraltro senza capire il motivo della messa in opera (da scassapagghiari fatta), contattato un ingegnere, mi ha detto subito che tale impianto non era per niente a norma. Comunque dopo 1 mese nuovamente il boiler era sfondato. Mi è stato detto che il boiler era difettoso e che sarebbe stato sostituito in garanzia, dopo 15 giorni non si era avuto alcun cenno di questa sostituzione (nonostante le numerosissime telefonate alla ditta Giannuso). Finalmente dopo insistenti richieste, hanno provveduto a sostituire il boiler con uno di comodo dicendomi che il tempo che arrivava il mio boiler in garanzia e loi avrebbero sostituito. Dopo 6 Mesi questo boiler di comodo è saltato pure. Dopo visita ricognitiva per appurare il problema, mi è stato detto che il mio boiler (quello che mi spettava) era arrivato e che avrebbero prontamente (contattati venerdi' 10.aprile 2015) cambiato il boiler mercoledi' 15.....il 15 non si sono presentati.....dopo chiamata mi dicono che sarebbero venuti il venerdì 17 aprile. Anche in tale data non si presenta nessuno e alla chiamata solita mi rispondono che la settimana successiva sarebbero venuti. Contattati lunedi' 20.04.2015, mi dicono che il boiler non c'e' e che avrei dovuto aspettare non si sa quanto. nel frattempo io ho tutto fermo......ovviamente lascio a voi le considerazioni sulle azioni che intraprenderò. Questa è la serietà di questa azienda.....il resto lo vedremo nelle sedi opportune! 14 months ago I bought a solar thermal system with natural circulation. Since the beginning, remarkable anomalies have characterized the installation of this plant, after 3 weeks the connection exploded with a strong roar. They changed a few pieces however without understanding the reason for the installation (from scassapagghiari made), contacted an engineer, he immediately told me that this plant was not under the standard at all. However after 1 month the boiler was broken again. I was told that the boiler was faulty and that it would be replaced under warranty, after 15 days there was no mention of this replacement (despite the numerous phone calls to the Giannuso company). Finally after insistent requests, they proceeded to replace the boiler with a convenient one, telling me that the time that my boiler was under warranty and they would be replaced. After 6 months this convenient boiler has blown as well. After a fact-finding visit to ascertain the problem, I was told that my boiler (than my share I) had arrived and that they would promptly (contacted Friday '10.aprile 2015) changed the boiler Wednesday' 15 ..... 15 They did not show up ..... after calling telling me that they would come Friday, April 17. Even on that date no one shows up and the usual call tells me that the following week they would come. Contacted on Monday 20.04.2015, they tell me that the boiler is not there and that I should have waited for it is not known how much. in the meantime I have everything stopped ...... obviously I leave to you the considerations on the actions that I will undertake. This is the seriousness of this company ..... the rest we will see it in the appropriate forums!
