E	Elisa Bottin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, fare una ricostruzione prenotata con tempi di attesa di 3 settimane nonostante i miei orari flessibili, pagata 90 euro (8 € extra solo di French) convinta che il prezzo valesse il risultato e assicurata di venir affidata alla migliore dipendente e ritrovarmi 7 giorni dopo con 6 unghie crepate ai lati in procinto di spezzarsi da un momento all’altro nonostante abbia fatto notare a lavoro finito il giorno stesso alla ragazza che già era visibile la mancanza di gel sui bordi e quindi una preoccupazione per la possibile rottura e mi venne detto che ne era consapevole ma ormai non si poteva rimediare ed era più preoccupata a farmi le foto da caricare sui social invece che alla mia lecita lamentela,oltre ad essere esteticamente fastidioso non è adeguato al prezzo pagato. Ancor meno quando,appena riaperto il negozio mi reco a mostrare le unghie e mi viene “offerto” di fare un refil prima che si spezzino del tutto al 20% di sconto cioè al posto di 65€ di pagare 50€, invece che ammettere l’errore loro e rimediare gratuitamente mi viene detto che è colpa della mia unghia che non sopporta la lunghezza che mi è stata fatta,quando invece sono anni che faccio ricostruzioni in vari altri centri e più di un’unghia dopo almeno 3 settimane non me ne si è mai spezzata quindi la scusa non regge e ripeto era stato ammesso a lavoro finito da Marta che c’era stato uno sbaglio da parte sua nella struttura della ricostruzione.Dunque declino L”offerta” e faccio notare la doppiamente scarsa professionalità a me riservata. Non ci tornerò nemmeno per una lampada grazie ! Even less so when, as soon as the shop reopens, I go to show my nails and I am "offered" to do a refill before they break completely at a 20% discount, that is, instead of € 65 to pay € 50, instead of admitting the 'their mistake and to remedy it for free I am told that it is the fault of my nail that cannot bear the length that was made to me, when instead I have been doing reconstructions in various other centers for years and more than one nail after at least 3 weeks I do not it never broke so the excuse doesn't hold up and I repeat it was admitted by Marta at the end of the job that there was a mistake on her part in the structure of the reconstruction. So I decline the "offer" and I point out the doubly lack of professionalism reserved for me . I will not go back even for a lamp thank you!

Ho fatto la manicure “Russa”, le unghie hanno lunghezze diverse, i bordi non sono regolari e nemmeno la superficie, il colore non è uniforme ed ai lati manca in alcuni punti. Non mi hanno proposto di sistemare, e l’offerta di un buono per tornare con il 20% di sconto è abbastanza assurda dato il risultato.
