★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire!!! Semplicemente fantastici!!! Ultimo giorno di vacanza e mi si rompe il passeggino(non si chiude più), chiamo questo negozio alle ore 9 di un giovedì dove per igienizzazione è chiuso ma nonostante questo una signora gentilissima e disponibilissima mi risponde e mi dice di passare comunque per risolvere il problema, recatomi in negozio viene risolto il problema e non mi viene chiesto nulla. In questo caso la passione dimostrata dal personale va oltre la normale mansione, sicuramente li terrò in considerazione per acquisti futuri anche se vivo distante da loro.
Grazie ancora e consiglio vivamente sia per il negozio (super fornito) che soprattutto per la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.
 What to say!!! Simply fantastic !!! Last day of vacation and my stroller breaks (it no longer closes), I call this shop at 9 on a Thursday where it is closed for sanitation but despite this a very kind and very helpful lady replies and tells me to go anyway to solve the problem, when I go to the shop the problem is solved and nothing is asked of me. In this case the passion shown by the staff goes beyond the normal job, surely I will keep them in consideration for future purchases even if I live far from them.
Thanks again and I highly recommend both for the shop (super stocked) and above all for the availability and kindness of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto la lista nascita per la nostra piccolina nel punto vendita di Lugo, tutto il personale è stato attento e disponibile ma un grazie speciale va a Giorgia e Silvia che hanno unito le nostre esigenze con il benessere del bambino!! Un vero punto di riferimento per i consigli post nascita. Ho avuto occasione di partecipare anche a qualche loro corso, e devo dire che li abbiamo trovati davvero utili, speriamo che possano riprendere presto! Se potessi darei molte più stelle!
We made the birth list for our little girl in the Lugo store, all the staff were attentive and helpful but a special thanks goes to Giorgia and Silvia who have combined our needs with the well-being of the child !! A real point of reference for post-birth advice. I also had the opportunity to participate in some of their courses, and I must say that we found them really useful, we hope they can resume soon! If I could I would give a lot more stars!

We made the birth list at Lugo's Baby's Dream and we were very happy with everything. The quality of the products is excellent, they have a wide choice and all the staff has always been available for our every need. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!!! Lo sconsiglio vivamente in quanto: ordinata una macchina elettrica il 4 aprile per compleanno di mio figlio con consegna GARANTITA entro il 30!! MAI ARRIVATA e per averla il 7 DI MAGGIO siamo dovuti andare noi a prenderla da Bologna sino a Lugo addirittura senza uno straccio di risarcimento!! Incompetenza personale non qualificato e sgarbato.
Bad experience !!! I strongly advise against it because: ordered an electric car on April 4th for my son's birthday with GUARANTEED delivery by 30th !! NEVER ARRIVED and to have it on MAY 7th we had to go and get it from Bologna to Lugo even without a shred of compensation !! Incompetence of unqualified and rude personnel.

Top assistance !! We made the birth list of our newcomer in Lugo and we found ourselves very well. Molto fornito, di articoli delle migliori marche. Prezzi alti, comunque trattabili per spese importanti.
Personale gentile e disponibile. Data la quantità di clienti che gestiscono, a volte abbiamo faticato a raggiungerli telefonicamente, comunque alla fine ci hanno sempre accontentati, risolvendo anche quei piccoli disguidi che, su grandi quantità, inevitabilmente si creano.
Migliorabili a nostro avviso le istruzioni sulla lista nascita, poiché la maggior parte dei nostri amici/parenti non ha capito il meccanismo di prenotazione degli articoli: si rischia che due persone regalino lo stesso oggetto.
Attenzione anche a concordare bene da subito varianti/colori desiderati, per evitare successive discussioni.
I due mobili "da esposizione" che abbiamo acquistato ci sono stati consegnati in ottime condizioni, ricomposti meglio rispetto a come si trovavano in negozio.
In conclusione, siamo stati molto soddisfatti, sia del servizio sia di ciò che abbiamo portato a casa. Ci sentiamo di consigliarlo a chi voglia puntare al top.

Friendly and helpful staff. Given the amount of customers they manage, we sometimes struggled to reach them by phone, however in the end they always satisfied us, resolving even those small misunderstandings that inevitably arise in large quantities.
In our opinion, the instructions on the birth list can be improved, since most of our friends / relatives did not understand the article booking mechanism: there is a risk that two people will give the same object as a gift.
Also be careful to agree on the desired variants / colors immediately, to avoid subsequent discussions.
The two "display" furniture we purchased were delivered to us in excellent condition, better reassembled than they were in the shop.
In conclusion, we were very satisfied, both with the service and with what we brought home. We would like to recommend it to those who want to aim for the top.
