Nonostante l' invio di mail e telefonate non riesco sapere nulla.Il prossimo acquisto on line mi informero bene che la consegna non venga affidata a questo corriere. A queso punto mi chiedo: viaggiano con dei carri trainati da somari e ogni tanto prendono una buca e perdono per strada un pacco? Se non è cosi la cosa puzza. Ad oggi 16/01/2017 non si è vista traccia del prodotto. I signori non rispondono ne alla sede di Vicenza (quella che dovrebbe occuparsi di consegnarmi la merce a casa) ne a quella di milano, anche se i numeri (ovviamente sono a pagamento). Oltre al danno c'è anche la BEFFA: Indagando col numero di tracking, hanno dichiarato di aver provato a consegnare per ben tre volte anche se in realtà consultando i filmati delle telecamere apposte nel mio giardino, nessun corriere "sogetras" ha tentato di consegnare. In sostanza dei bugiardi cronici con professionalità pari a zero. on 08/01/2017 I ordered a product (fortunately not of high value) on ebay and the seller used this "courier" as a shipping method. Il bello è che ebay non rimborsa perchè risulta un tentativo di consegna e quindi sono passata io al torto come se avessi dato un indirizzo errato. Contatto io la filiale di zona e mi dicono che il pacco è fermo per indirizzo errato. Controllo l'indirizzo ed è corretto ma se la via non appare sui navigatori i vettori non consegnano. L'operatore mi dice che i vettori non contattano i destinatari in caso di problemi di questo tipo. carenza di professionalità, non comparabile con DHL o altri. Da allora, sono passati 11 giorni e non vengono consegnati, non rispondono al telefono nè alla filiale di Vicenza nè a quella di Treviso, i miei clienti sono arrabbiati, non c'è modo di comunicare e di sapere quale sia la situazione. G	Giulia Gobbo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine effettuato il 14 dicembre tramite sito del toys center, dal tracking della spedizione risulta indirizzo errato e riconsegna a filiale di Milano, contattata quest'ultima mi dicono che in realtà il pacco non è da loro ma nella filiale di Vicenza. Contatto anche questa a due numeri un fisso e un cellulare: il cellulare va direttamente in segreteria alla quale non è possibile lasciare un messaggio perchè già piena, mentre al numero fisso c'è un risponditore automatico il quale ti fa attendere qualche secondo l'inoltro all'interno che si occupa della spedizione e poi ti dice che la persona non c'è e di asciare un messaggio. Fra 2 giorni è Natale e aspetto ancora il regalo per mio figlio. Grazie veramente di cuore. Gran bello spedizioniere.
