★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspetto la consegna tutto il pomeriggio in casa poi arriva il messaggio che il corriere è passato , non c'era nessuno e ha lasciato l'avviso (fantasma ?) La mattina aspetto e alle 12,44 arriva il messaggio che il corriere è passato e in casa non c'era nessuno ancora un avviso fantasma ? . Mi chiedo dove suoni il campanello dato che in casa ci sono io.Non rispondete al telefono siete vergognosi !!!
I wait for the delivery all afternoon at home then comes the message that the courier has passed, there was nobody and left the warning (ghost ?) In the morning wait and at 12.44 comes the message that the courier has passed and in the house there was no one yet a ghost warning ?. I wonder where the doorbell sounds as I'm in the house. Do not answer the phone you are shameful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio,oltre al fatto che non hanno rispettato il giorno della consegna stabilita ma ben 4 giorni dopo, I centralinisti al telefono mi hanno ripetute volte assicurato la consegna entro sera del mio ordine (avevo anche dato la possibilità di andare io a Pisa a ritirarlo da sola in quanto urgente )ma nulla...e il corriere non ha mai risposto al telefono!!! Bugiardi e disorganizzati.
Bad service, in addition to the fact that they did not respect the day of delivery established but 4 days later, the switchboard operators on the phone repeatedly ensured me the delivery of my order by evening (I had also given the possibility to go to Pisa to collect it alone as urgent) but nothing ... and the courier never answered the phone !!! Liars and disorganized.
