★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta poco seria...chiamato commerciale 6 volte..x 3 volte la tipa del centralino ha detto che non c'èra nessuno disponibile non vedo l'utilità del centralino se poi non possono fare nulla...le altre volte ho prenotato tutte e 3 le volte non gli risultava la.prenotazione precedente..ad oggi sono passati 26 giorni e non è venuto nessuno. .a pensare che avevo mollato la ditta precedente per un ritardo nella spstituzione della macchina difettosa, torno a loro e inutili ...arrivano fino a vasto( non so come perchè siamo a 100 mt dalla sede centrale )

Il che significa che la merce viaggia in furgoni NON condizionati!!!!! Oppure l'operatore che carica la macchina, lascia i prodotti al sole mezzora prima di inserirli!!!!!!
Figuriamoci cosa possano essere i tramezzini che contengono maionese ecc ecc ecc.
Mai più un centesimo in queste macchinette.

Oggi, lunedì 18 novembre, di 5 erogatori di caffé presenti, non ne funziona neanche uno (e questo è un evento che accade molto spesso). Il personale al telefono è assolutamente inutile, gli operatori che vengono a rifornire sembra che vogliano prenderti in giro. Evitate di metterci i soldi se le vedete perché con molta probabilità pagherete un servizio che non riceverete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scorsa settimana ho chiamato l'assistenza perché il distributore automatico presente in azienda non erogava la cioccolata calda. A distanza di una settimana il distributore è stato rifornito, ma ancora niente cioccolata.
In più non hanno affisso alcun tipo di cartello che possa far evitare di inserire inutilmente i soldi.
Spero che la mia pessima esperienza possa essere d'aiuto a tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di stipulare un contratto con questa ditta.

Ho ricevuto un addebito anomalo di 3,71 € tre settimane fa tramite l'app Coffee cApp. Ho fatte varie segnalazioni via app, email e telefono, completamente inutili, visto che dopo 3 settimane il servizio clienti continua solo a prender appunti scaricando le colpe sul gestore Sogeda.
Ma quanto ci vuole a capire che trattasi di errore tecnico e riaccreditare la cifra con la stessa celerità che ci ha messo l'app ad addebitarla erroneamente? Quale macchina del caffè (che eroga solo bevande da 30, 40 e 70 centesimi) può erogare una bevanda calda da giustificare un addebito singolo di 3,71 €? Niente, lo segnali, loro ti dicono che devono attendere il gestore Sogeda, devono autorizzare loro, ma non l'hanno ancora fatto...
Il bello è che era presente il loro tecnico durante l'inconveniente dell'addebito, mentre era intento a ricaricare e sbloccare la macchina.
