★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho riscontrato un problema con un prodotto da loro confezionato , ma con molta professionalità e correttezza si sono subito mobilitati per effettuare il cambio e la spedizione del prodotto direttamente nella mia abitazione , proprio oggi in data 14/10/2019 ho ricevuto la cera richiesta. Ringrazio di nuovo la persona che mi ha risposto e al telefono.
I encountered a problem with a product they packaged, but with great professionalism and correctness they immediately mobilized to change and ship the product directly to my home, just today on 10/14/2019 I received the required wax. I thank again the person who answered me and the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda poco seria, acquistati una tinta rosso fuoco e non solo ha scurito il mio colore perché di rosso fuoco nn aveva nulla, color cioccolato. Ho provato a contattarli via mail ma nessun esito, in più mi ha bruciato la loro tinta i capelli, li avevo lunghi sulla schiena e ho dovuto tagliarli.
Chiedo serietà nello svolgere determinati lavori che possono arrecare danni seri alla persona!!! Non acquistate tinte, troppo scadenti e irreali nella numerazione del colore.
Do una stella perché altrimenti nn mi fa recensire, in realtà è troppa
Not a serious company, bought a fiery red tint and not only darkened my color because it had nothing fiery red, chocolate brown. I tried to contact them via email but no results, plus their hair dyed burned, I had it long on my back and I had to cut it.
I ask for seriousness in carrying out certain jobs that can cause serious damage to the person !!! Do not buy colors, too poor and unreal in the numbering of the color.
I give a star because otherwise it doesn't make me review, it's actually too much
