★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raramente rispondono al telefono, oppure quando si riesce, ogni volta è una persona diversa. Ho inviato numerose mail, per un problema urgentissimo, dopo una settimana ancora non ho ricevuto una risposta certa. È un comportamento vergognoso!
Soprattutto perché c'è un medico che attende da me la conferma di due appuntamenti per delle visite!
 They rarely answer the phone, or when you do, it's a different person every time. I have sent numerous emails, for a very urgent problem, after a week I still have not received a certain answer. It is shameful behavior!
Especially since there is a doctor waiting for me to confirm two appointments for visits!
