★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi dare 0 stelle l'avrei fatto se mi fosse consentito. Ovviamente non mi riferisco all'ufficio del Caf dove lavorano 2 dipendenti davvero qualificate, serie, disponibili e molto efficaci nonché attente ad ogni richiesta del contribuente. Aimè mi riferisco all'ufficio a fianco, quello del Patronato dove stamattina sono stato ignorato e dopo estenuanti minuti di attesa per chiedere solo un informazione vengo maleducatamente liquidato perché quel dipendente era preso da altre cose probabilmente non inerenti il suo lavoro. Povera Italia, nel pubblico va assunta gente qualificata che sappia ascoltare il cittadino e saper dare le giuste notizie di cui essi ha bisogno. Totalemete deluso. Mattinata persa. P.s. al numero di telefono indicato non rispondono nemmeno a pagarli.
 If I could give 0 stars I would have done it if I were allowed. Obviously I am not referring to the Caf office where 2 highly qualified, serious, available and very effective employees work and pay attention to every request of the tax payer. Alas I am referring to the office next door, the one of the Patronato where this morning I was ignored and after exhausting minutes of waiting to ask only for information I am rudely dismissed because that employee was taken by other things probably not related to his job. Poor Italy, the public must hire qualified people who know how to listen to the citizen and know how to give the right news they need. Totally disappointed. Lost morning. P.Š. at the indicated telephone number do not even answer to pay them.
