' Un piatto che vuole essere condito con abbondante olio extravergine d’oliva, come suggerisce il proverbio locale che recita: “non mi fido di tre cose: condiglione senza condimento, bella donna civettuola e contadino senza tridente”.' L'olio mancava .... le melanzane ripiene fredde non sono cattive ma non sono il massimo ... sulla polenta stendo un velo pietoso buoni i totani fritti. Cundigiun ... 'A dish that wants to be seasoned with abundant extra virgin olive oil, as suggested by the local proverb that states: "I don't trust three things: condiglione without seasoning, beautiful flirtatious woman and peasant without a trident".' The oil was missing .... the stuffed cold aubergines are not bad but they are not the best ... on the polenta I spread a good veil the fried squid.

Ma dalle 2030 alle 2300 e passa x mangiare un piatto ogni 30 minuti circa, sorvolando la prima ora di attesa al ritiro dei fogli, mi sembra davvero troppo. Pessimo servizio poco personale e male organizzato. Spiace xe la sagra non è male, andrebbe gestita meglio Festival totano fried .... too many people, ok there was room x everyone, but we died of heat and oh well with the climate we can do little. But from 2030 to 2300 and passes x eating a dish about every 30 minutes, flying over the first hour of waiting to pick up the sheets, it seems to me too much. Poor personal service and badly organized. Sorry x and the festival is not bad, it should be managed better
