All'inizio di questa ristrutturazione ero molto scettico nel fare i lavoro perché alle buone intenzioni del governo non potesse seguire i fatti, con il rischio poi di avere debbiti nei confronti dell'impresa. Le preoccupazioni si sono disciolte con l'esecuzione dei lavori e alla fine tutto si è svolta così come il general contratto ci aveva documentato. Oggi mi ritrovo con una casa a zero emissioni e con un valore notevolmente superiore senza aver speso un euro. Grazie a tutti per questo regalo
