I will always have to thank this community for giving back a future to a person dear to me ...

I personally consider the "Ramo del Cedro" cooperative an excellent and well organized structure. Staying in contact with young people, I believe is currently one of the most difficult tasks, this honors the operators and those who administer it.

I have known this structure for years and judging it according to the unread review is something absurd and ridiculous. We know very well that the community (therapeutic / rehabilitative) in question, hosts disadvantaged young people, with various and psychic problems, so I understand the modality and the element of the review previously published. It is thanks to the professionalism and hospitality of all the staff, which is made up of the community, that 99% of guests are regularly rehabilitated to social life (1% represents the type of first in question). The management and the managers are wonderful and well-prepared people, they love their work, always ready to draw a helping hand, moral (and economic) support, supporting (where possible) the requests of the boys ... Educational / training activities are carried out DAILY / rehabilitation (sports / swimming pool / grest / educational activity / study / play / culinary / drawing / aesthetics / various training courses / outings on the territory and outside etc. etc.) with individual educational plans, carried out by expert personnel on the subject, aware and approved of social workers and judges, different for each single guest. (Perhaps this "someone" cannot understand him). Denigrating a place where you have been for 1 or more years and having received only kindness and hospitality, where other structures have not wanted, certainly represents immaturity. Fortunately it is one of the very few voices outside the choir, punishable, where the situation should persist, in legal terms. Disdain and devaluation tell much more about those who express themselves by violating the dignity of others. I have known the structure for 10 years, I know the kids, I work there, I know the managers, educators and the entire staff. For this reason I not only dissociate myself, but I feel indignation over muddling claims. It has never happened in my 10 years of work to have witnessed scenes as the anonymous reviewer writes. I want to say that I, like many of my colleagues, ARE FROM THE NORTH!

I got to know the structure and to have worked in it for several years and to know its organization I sincerely disapprove of the defamatory and indecorous words addressed to qualified and extremely motivated people who render a service to the community. Never personally have I witnessed behavior by staff, chosen with the accuracy of any threatening or minimally violent attitude towards other staff and minor guests. I would also add that I have worked in various socio-health structures, and the cedar and the current structure in which I work are the ones that best preserve and treat patients with better dignity. I find it highly dishonest to speak by inducing such lies.

I was able to verify the cooperative's structures in my evaluation and inspection activity and I am surprised by certain libelous accusations. They are therapeutic rehabilitative structures with standards of absolute excellence, also considering the difficult type of users they receive. Minors are placed at the center of attention and much care is given to the parenting relationship, always in common agreement with the services sent. Highly trained and continuously trained staff coordinated by a competent and transparent management.

I got to know operators and children - All minors are followed and educated, and taken with discretion and trust ahead and beyond their negative experiences, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE
