L'importante é far entrare i soldi sia con le barche che con il canottaggio. Se sei piccino ancora ancora, allenatori bravini. Con i grandi ci sono due allenatori che gridano in continuazione e fanno riunioni su riunioni da logorio costante. Non insegnano i valori ma solo aggressività verso gli altri.
