Che dire ...quando mangi queste prelibatezze ti commuovi. Erano una meglio dell'altra. We purchased cottage cheese, cooked cheese, fresh pecorino cheese, eggs and the lady gave us the raveggiolo. What about ... when you eat these delicacies you are moved. They were one better than the other.

A me che non piace il sapore del latte di pecora, questo formaggio mi sembra molto buono senza quel retrogusto pesante che hanno altre ricotte. Producono anche pecorino, yogurt molto buono, vendono uova fresche e altri prodotti bio. Excellent sheep ricotta !! To me who does not like the taste of sheep's milk, this cheese seems very good to me without that heavy aftertaste that other ricottas have. They also produce pecorino, very good yoghurt, they sell fresh eggs and other organic products.

Inoltre hanno fatto fare il formaggio ai bambini e glielo hanno fatto portare a casa con la consegna del diploma. Un pomeriggio molto carino con persone molto gentili On Sunday they did a very nice open day. They showed us how to make cheese, visit the stables and taste their delicious products! They also made the children make cheese and had them take it home with their diploma. A very nice afternoon with very nice people

Oh well I tell you to do, super excellent products worth the whole trip, family run at the top, I have tasted most of their cheeses and they are all fantastic.

Ambiente pulito,personale cortese e prezzi in linea con la qualità dei prodotti (biologici) venduti. Family-run cheese factory immersed in the greenery of Mugello (beautiful area near Sant 'Agata) where high quality pecorino cheese is produced with the milk of their sheep (excellent both fresh and more aged) and a very good ricotta. Clean environment, courteous staff and prices in line with the quality of the (organic) products sold.
