★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccezionali. Il Parmigiano è di qualità superiore, sia nelle stagionature più classiche che in quelle avanzate (compresa quella "oltre 36 mesi", che è un vero piacere al palato). Sono gentilissimi e veramente attenti anche nel servizio clienti, grazie al quale nessuno viene trascurato o trattato come un "semplice" acquirente. Presidio slow food veramente di qualità, 5 stelle meritatissime.
Exceptional. Parmesan is of superior quality, both in the more classic and advanced seasonings (including "over 36 months", which is a real pleasure on the palate). They are very kind and really attentive also in customer service, thanks to which no one is neglected or treated as a "simple" buyer. Truly quality slow food presidium, well deserved 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fermarsi alla Latteria Casale di Bismantova è sempre in piacere, la posizione incantevole, sotto la Pietra di Bismantova, e l'eccellenza dei prodotti ne fanno una tappa obbligata quando passo da queste parti. Il Reggiano è molto buono, ma la ricotta è il fiore all'occhiello, da mangiare fresca con il miele o in ricette più articolate rende unico qualsiasi piatto.
Stopping at the Latteria Casale di Bismantova is always a pleasure, the enchanting position, under the Pietra di Bismantova, and the excellence of the products make it a must when I pass by these parts. Reggiano is very good, but ricotta is the flagship, to be eaten fresh with honey or in more complex recipes it makes any dish unique.

Esperienza unica, massima disponibilità di tutti gli operatori del caseificio: dal socio conferitore che con passione e professionalità ci ha spiegato i passaggi nella gestione della stalla al personale del caseificio per finire con Dorina, Simona e Stefania vere anime dello spaccio e del caseificio!! Gustato un formaggio grana eccellente in tutte le sue stagionatura!! La ricotta sublime!! Ottima esperienza da consigliare!!
