Attenzione, ascoltami: nella fase di contatto telefonico (effettuata da me) ho parlato con persone solerti e gentili. I problemi arrivano dopo, con l’operatore che è venuto in loro soccorso. Lo ammetto: ha dovuto battagliare per quasi un’ora per far salire la macchina sul carro attrezzi), ma ha anche mostrato la più totale assenza di professionalità facendomi vergognare di essere napoletano a fronte dei miei amici stranieri quando, pur avendo pattuito al telefono il pagamento di €120, arrivati al dunque, l’operatore, con fare deciso, si è avvicinato a me e mi ha confidato che i clienti gli avrebbero dovuto dare 200€. Senza uno straccio di tariffario. Ti do un consiglio: esigi al telefono di sapere se c’è un tariffario e se quella che ti hanno detto è la tariffa base e cosa comprende e cosa no. Se si scocciano di rispondere a tante domande, non esitare: ringrazia, attacca il telefono e chiama un altro. Senza nulla togliere al lavoro effettivo dell’operatore, in un mondo civile è inaccettabile questa mancanza di trasparenza nei confronti dei clienti. Vogliamo pagare, ma con una giustificazione di tutte le voci che compongono il prezzo! A completare il quadro, la poco credibile (e tipica) lamentela iniziale per cui, in risposta ad una richiesta di sconto data la vicinanza della destinazione, “la chiamata in realtà costa 140€: è tutta colpa di mio fratello, lui dorme e io sono in giro e crede che tutto si risolva sempre in un minuto. A noi internet (sic!) ci costa 60€. Avete visto che quando fate la ricerca su Google siamo i primi? Noi quello lo paghiamo”. Una excusatio non petita di questo tipo, unita a quanto accaduto alla fine, è veramente vergognosa e rientra in un tipico modo di fare da ambulanti che alligna in questa meravigliosa città.
