★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tow truck driver was paid and no receipt was issued, he just left. I called him to issue the receipt or even if sent via email / whatsapp. but this was never done. Ended up with nothing to show to my insurance company. tried going to the address marked on google, nothing to be found!! my phone calls are being ignored both at the office and by the tow truck guy. Car not even strapped to the truck while driving 120km's to destination.
