Molto gentile e disponibile anche per i consigli su dove alloggiare per la notte. Scorretto!

Saremo riusciti a trovare un meccanico aperto il 25 aprile? Ebbene sì, Graziano, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità (oltre che con la sua professionalità) ci ha stupito. Prima di tutto, ha iniziato subito a vedere che problema avesse la mia auto, nonostante avesse altre auto da riparare prima della mia. Poi, individuato il problema al motore, ha stimato circa due orette di lavoro… e ci ha consigliato un gran bel posto dove fermarci a pranzare! Purtroppo mi ha informato che aveva trovato un guasto al termostato. Avrebbe dovuto cambiare il termostato, ma non ne aveva uno disponibile. Avrebbe dovuto ordinarne uno… che sarebbe arrivato il giorno dopo. Tragedia! Noi dovevamo tornare a casa entro il giorno dopo per motivi di lavoro. Ma la gentilezza di Graziano non è finita qui: ha chiesto ai suoi colleghi se qualcuno avesse già disponibile il pezzo di cui avevamo bisogno, così da non farci aspettare un giorno intero. E l’ha trovato! E infine, ciliegina sulla torta, ci ha offerto un caffè… Grande Graziano! My girlfriend and I were returning to northern Italy in my car when the engine failure light came on. Panic. Will we be able to find an open mechanic on April 25th? Well yes, Graziano, who amazed us with his kindness and availability (as well as with his professionalism). First of all, he immediately began to see what a problem my car had, despite having other cars to repair before mine. Then, having identified the engine problem, he estimated about two hours of work ... and recommended a great place to stop for lunch! Unfortunately he informed me that he had found a fault with the thermostat. He should have changed the thermostat, but he didn't have one available. He should have ordered one… which would arrive the next day. Tragedy! We had to go home by the next day for work reasons. But Graziano's kindness did not end there: he asked his colleagues if anyone already had the piece we needed available, so as not to make us wait a whole day. And he found it! And finally, the icing on the cake, he offered us a coffee ... Great Graziano!
