L	Linda Rei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ davvero delusa ho compito più di 150 euro di extention con le clips nere quindi pur sapendo che i capelli non siano dei migliori ho pensato va beh ma sono neri quindi non saranno cosi male ed invece sono rimasta molto male quando ho passato la piastra per fare i boccoli e dei capelli totalmente sintetici si sono sciolti dal calore, al inizio non capivo pensavo di aver appoggiato la piastra sulla plastica e ho continuato per poi rendermi conto che erano rimasti i capelli di plastica attaccati sulla piastra. Alle mie lamentele è stato risposto che non era semplicemente possibile e che non potevo comunque fare niente o cambiare i capelli e basta in modo molto arrogante . nonostante tutto ciò pur essendo una parrucchiera non ho avuto nessun tipo di sconto come in tutti i rifornitori di di parrucchieri di tutta italia ma questo è ciò che mi importa meno. really disappointed I have more than 150 euros of extention with black clips so even knowing that the hair is not the best I thought goes well but they are black so they will not be so bad and instead I was very ill when I passed the plate to make ringlets and totally synthetic hair melted from the heat, I didn't understand at the beginning I thought I had put the plate on the plastic and I continued to realize then that the plastic hair stuck on the plate remained. My complaints were answered that it was simply not possible and that I could not do anything or change my hair anyway and that was enough in a very arrogant way. despite all this, despite being a hairdresser, I didn't get any kind of discount, as in all hairdressers in Italy, but this is what matters least to me.

Ogni volta sembra si disturbano di servire i clienti .dopo essere tornata più volte per cambiare un prodotto consigliato da loro , mi hanno mandato avanti e indietro senza mai cambiare la merce ,stufa dopo aver preso 2 gg di permesso ,ho lasciato 80 euro di merce sul bancone e sono andata via .SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.per buttare 80 euro ..immaginate voi ... Ho chiamato per avere un aiuto ma minsono sentito attaccato, e stato messo in dubbio se addirittura avessi acquistato da loro i capelli. Nn sono questi i modi di trattare le persone. Bad quality of extensions, after 2 months they are super plucked and hard. I called for help but felt attacked, questioned whether I had even bought their hair from them. These are not the ways of treating people.
