Passano gli anni, situazione sempre peggiore. Ridicolo, da vergogna proprio. Sconsiglio vivamente e se state valutando acquisto guardatevene bene, molto meglio la concorrenza. Sollecitati varie volte al telefono non mi richiamano come promesso e la data di riconsegna viene di volta in volta procrastinata!!! Inoltre il noleggio di una macchina sostitutiva ha costi improponibili!!! Comprate altro, come faremo anche noi in futuro! @RicambioRapidoSrl. Ah, si, dimenticavo: la scheda elettronica prima è a posto (controllata dal tecnico in ns. presenza) poi in officina è rotta con ulteriore ricarico della riparazione!?! A star is too Grrrrr ...! Motore d'ispirazione che ha lavorato al massimo per 40 50 ore secondo loro da sostituire ed altro ancora. Ho una idropulitrice e la porto in questa azienda per manutenzione (guarnizioni e corpo idraulico, pompa) in quanto non funzionava bene e acquisto un accessorio per pulire le tubazioni. Dopo 15 giorni la ritiro,la provo e la situazione è peggiorata, perdeva acqua dall'interno e la pressione era bassa.. Chiamo il tecnico che esce e mi dice che meglio di così non si può fare. Ora a distanza di un po' di tempo provo semplicemente a cambiare l'ugello della Lancia ed è tutto tornato come nuovo anche come pressione. L'accessorio acquistato direttamente da loro addirittura non è nemmeno applicabile in quanto l'attacco è totalmente diverso dalla mia lancia. Quindi in totale 15 giorni di assistenza e perdita di tempo nel portare nella loro sede l'idropulitrice, spesa di centinaia di euro e acquisto di un accessorio non adatto. Il tutto quando bastava cambiare ugello e qualche guarnizione. spesa totale qualche decina di euro. Totale mancanza di professionalità, pessimo rapporto con cliente e servizio di bassa qualità. Lo dico con grande dispiacere tuttavia spero possa servire a questa azienda per migliorare i propri servizi. I leave my experience with this company. All'arrivo del preventivo declino l'offerta chiedendo indietro la macchina: devo pagare 130€. Controllo il foglio firmato, da nessuna parte parla di questo costo, anzi in una frase si parla di restituzione gratuita in caso di rifiuto alla riparazione. In nessun'altra mail, chiamata o conversazione si è parlato di ciò. Dopo qualche mese scrivono di ritirarla pagando o vendergliela a 1€! Altrimenti ci sarà da pagare il costo giornaliero di deposito. Visto il cesso di mezzo che era e i poveretti che si sono dimostrati facendo perdere un sacco di tempo a me ed altri, gliela vendo con piacere. Ps: dopo questo mi sono rivolto alla concorrenza acquistando una spazzatrice e una lavapavimenti adatti ad un capannone da 500mt quadri... Però ci hanno guadagnato con i pezzi di ricambio della mia ex spazzatrice... Bell'idea. ??
