Come già comunicato tramite email e telefonicamente, siamo a sua disposizione per risolvere il SUO problema, in quanto la spedizione è stata effettuata il 9 GENNAIO e lei ha fatto presente il disguido solo il 2 APRILE. Siamo totalmente in buona fede, a differenza sua che non ha fatto che minacciare ed insultare, quando bastava semplicemente chiedere di risolvere la questione. Le faccio presente che è passabile l'insoddisfazione per un acquisto effettuato, ma la diffamazione è un reato. I truffatori sono altri. Le chiediamo quindi di contattarci con un tono adeguato per risolvere il problema che non si sarebbe verificato se lei ci avesse contattato quando ha ricevuto la merce. Pessimo pessimi venditore truf...e. Dopo aver ricevuto il pagamento vengono inviati prodotti diversi e non conformi al modello di auto. Non sono l'unico a cui è capitata la stessa cosa. Dopotutto si tratta di uno sfasciacarrozze e non di un negozio.... cos'altro aggiungere... Non comprate! Dear Mr. Monti. Piazzola antistante gli uffici abbastanza angusta per via del gran numero di autovetture smontate in attesa di rottamazione ma la pratica è stata evasa molto velocemente.
