Locale... si presenta bene, stile English arredato con gusto. Pochi i posti a sedere. Menù... piuttosto completo per un pub, con un'ottima scelta di panini, di piatti e di sfizionerie varie ed una discreta scelta di birre. La nostra scelta, per iniziare, é ricaduta sulle crocchette di patate con salsa, una era davvero buona, l'altra assai insipida, e sulle frittatine di pasta, da evitare, sapevano di ben poco. Come piatti invece ho scelto un doppio hamburger di chianina accompagnato da una sfilza di cose. Mi aspettavo un piatto enorme (costo 13€). Il piatto era grande ma piuttosto vuoto. I due hamburger non male, ma le tre crocchette che accompagnavano erano immangiabili, una piena di olio e l'altra mezza congelata, la terza non l'ho mangiata... Servizio... I ragazzi sono stati gentili e professionali, peccato per l'enorme attesa, sia delle birre(erano finiti i fusti delle birre) che dei piatti, un'ora e 30 sono troppi... Conto... Per essere un pub la media prezzi é abbastanza alta quindi ci si aspetterebbe di dimangiare bene, magari é stata una serata no, ma nessuno dei miei amici, compreso il sottoscritto si è dichiarato soddisfatto di ciò che ha mangiato. Passing through the area, enticed by excellent reviews and photos of tempting dishes we decided with a group of 5 friends to spend our Friday evening here. Local ... looks good, tastefully decorated English style. Few seats. Menu ... quite complete for a pub, with an excellent choice of sandwiches, dishes and various types of bread and a good selection of beers. To begin with, our choice fell on the potato croquettes with sauce, one was really good, the other very insipid, and on pasta fritters, to be avoided, they knew very little. As dishes instead I chose a double chianina burger accompanied by a string of things. I expected a huge dish (cost € 13). The dish was large but pretty empty. The two burgers are not bad, but the three croquettes they accompanied were inedible, one full of oil and the other half frozen, the third I didn't eat ... Service ... The boys were kind and professional, shame about the enormous expectation, both of the beers (the beer kegs were finished) and the dishes, an hour and 30 are too many ... I count ... To be a pub the average price is quite high so you would expect to eat well, maybe it was a bad night, but none of my friends, including myself, said he was satisfied with what he ate.

Panini secchi e con poco sapore, carne non di molta qualità. Patatine all'apparenza vecchie. Birra molto buona. Pub below expectations. I had heard a lot of good things about this pub ... But it didn't quite convince me. Dry sandwiches with little flavor, not very good quality meat. Old looking chips. Very good beer.

Buono sia il cibo che le birre, anche se di quest'ultime non c'è una vasta scelta, quindi un po' limitante. Location interna carina, però i tavoli erano stati sposti fuori (era unSabato sera). Piatti cucinati bene con l'appunto dei prezzi leggermente al di sopra della media dei locali simili. Per cambiare ogni tanto va bene, non mancherà di ritornarci Nice pub in Pontecagnano near the station. Friendly and customer-focused staff. Both the food and the beers are good, even if there is not a wide choice of the latter, so a bit limiting. Nice internal location, but the tables had been moved outside (it was a Saturday night). Dishes cooked well with the prices slightly above the average of similar places. To change every now and then it's fine, will not fail to return
A	Alfonso Scarpa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sober, non molto lontano dalla stazione di Pontecagnano, con molta possibilità di parcheggio auto, locale veramente carino in particolare per l arredamento stile "grezzo" con muri originali, ci siamo accomodati sul soppalco "Alprimopiano" un po' bassino (per fortuna sono basso anche io) però bello, personale veramente garbato e molto professionale nel consigliare una birra fuori menù (dato che quella sul menù non era disponibile) panino ben fatto e con prodotti di buona qualità , che dire ... consigliato ! Sober, not very far from Pontecagnano station, with plenty of car parking facilities, a really nice place in particular for the "rough" style furniture with original walls, we sat on the "Alprimopiano" loft a little low (luckily I'm short me too) but nice, really polite staff and very professional in recommending a beer off the menu (since the one on the menu was not available) well done sandwich with good quality products, what can I say ... recommended!

Ottimo il tagliere di salumi e formaggi, le cui proposte sono state elencate con gentilezza e meticolosità. Ampia selezione di birre. Buonissimo anche il tortino al cioccolato. Personale gentilissimo, educato, professionale, competente. Prezzi nella media. Da ritornarci senza alcun dubbio. Really nice and innovative place. Varied menu ranging from salads, through sandwiches to the grill. Excellent platter of cold cuts and cheeses, whose proposals have been listed with kindness and meticulousness. Large selection of beers. The chocolate cake is also very good. Staff very kind, polite, professional, competent. Average prices. To return without any doubt.

Il menù è vario sia per quel che riguarda i fritti che i panini; ho mangiato il panino “Sober” e mi è piaciuto, inoltre tutti i panini sono accompagnati da patatine fritte e questa è una nota positiva in più. Ci ritornerò! =) Very nice the style of the place, the ease of finding parking in the surroundings and the really kind staff. The menu is varied both as regards the fried food and the sandwiches; I ate the "Sober" sandwich and I liked it, plus all the sandwiches come with french fries and this is an extra positive note. I'll be back! =)
