Grazie a mio nipote ho trovato il Dottor Ciancio e conosciuto la sua équipe: sono rimasta sbalordita dalla professionalità, dall'accoglienza, dal fatto che nessuno giudica lo stato "dentale" con cui ci si presenta dopo anni in cui si è rimandato, il terrore che si ha del dentista, viene affrontato con empatia sincera e tutti, nessuno escluso, cercano di trovare la soluzione migliore per risolvere e mettere in totale tranquillità il paziente. Se avessi saputo della realtà che si vive in questo studio, non avrei atteso anni. Un grazie di Cuore per ogni minuto che mi avete dedicato e che mi dedicherete nei prossimi anni. Ormai condannato alla dentiera, cosa drammatica che non auguro a nessuno, soprattutto per chi come me che faccio il musicista, fa un lavoro dove l'immagine ha un ruolo fondamentale, avevo perso la speranza di risolvere i miei problemi se non con un intervento importante di espianto osseo con mesi di attesa etcetc.... Invece per fortuna ho trovato il Dr. Ciancio che assistendomi con delicatezza, pazienza e soprattutto competenza e professionalità e grazie al suo lavoro, ora son tornato da 2 anni a poter sorridere e mangiare senza più nessun timore e nessuna paura. Altro che quelle strutture associate dove manco ti dicono che lavori ti faranno in bocca ( e parlo per esperienza!!! ). Il dottor Paolo gran professionista attento al cliente come ne ho conosciuti pochi. Ma del resto come tutto lo staff. Per non parlare di Simone, ed ora anche Elisa, che gestiscono le pratiche con precisione Svizzera. Tutti ti spiegano se hai dubbi. Ovviamente la mia recensione è fatta con cognizione di causa visto il lavoro che sto facendo da loro (non sto facendo due otturazioni, ma Diversi impianti più altri lavori quindi non di routine). Se consideriamo il fatto che da Milano mi reco ad Usmate vien da se che ci sarà un motivo!!!!! Consigliare Smile Now? Ma che domande...... già fatto!!!! E continuo a farlo.
