G	Giuseppe Gasparro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza completamente negativa, il modello nella descrizione é un RAV 4 del 2016 allestimento LOUNGE, la macchina é in ottimo stato, non ci sono i sensori di parcheggio (cosa che nell'allestimento LOUNGE dovrebbe stare di serie); a parte questo trascurabile problema il venditore non é stato corretto nei miei confronti perché mi ha venduto il veicolo con gli pneumatici invernali (l'ho acquistata ad Agosto), quindi mi ha fatto uscire dal concessionario con un auto non a norma di legge e la sua giustificazione é stata che era colpa mia che non avevo verificato la tipologia di pneumatici, lavandosene completamente le mani! Invece il bollo auto non lo ha pagato fino all'ultimo, ovviamente lasciando a me l'onere di pagare. Insomma questa esperienza é stata negativa, nonostante inizialmente avevo detto che avrei acquistato un'altra auto in futuro per mia sorella, loro pur di lucrare sull'acquisto hanno pensato bene di fregarsene di ciò che avevamo pattuito in fase di contrattazione , ovvero che dovevo avere la macchina completamente messa a punto sotto ogni aspetto al prezzo di 17000 euro senza sborsare nient'altro, invece mi sono ritrovato a pagare più di 600€ tra pneumatici e bollo! Se si comportavano a dovere potevano ottenere un cliente a lungo termine, invece per un misero guadagno extra lo hanno perso, delusione totale, lo sconsiglia vivamente a tutti!
