NO SERVICE, 3 month waiting time, no respond to any call or email, one person speaks englisch and very poor! They dont offer you anything.
Unacceptable. unfotunately i need to give one star here. but not deserved!

- Impossible dealing with the customers
- Extremely bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order made in March for a delivery within 20 working days. Being for a gift, I ended up purchasing it from a store and asked for a reimbursement in May as still no shipping two months later. Chased several times but no progress. More than one month later, June 22th, the excuse was the illness of an employee… Still got nothing. I keep begging to either get my money back or my order delivered. 645€ lost for now. Starting to wonder if an internet scam. Will check with the European Consumer Centre if they could help.

Nice website with good prices. Collect money quickly but never delivered my order. They tell me by Phone and email many times that it’s next week when the products will be shipped. Now in week 8. no money back, no products. Any now no response anymore. DONT BUY HERE! BAD EXPERIENCE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this fraudulent company. In December 2021 I have placed order of two lamps (Cicla) in the high amount. The company has not placed order with the manufacturer (ITALAMP) as I was communicating directly with the producer. The producer itself says that 15 days are sufficient for the delivery while online store says 60 days. Obviously they took the money, and now 3 months after I’m still without lamps and have revoked the order. They keep ignoring it and not refunding me. This fraudulent company should be blacklisted!!
