★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto installare un impianto composto da 6 pannelli Sunpower e inverter Solaredge. Ci sono stati installati in una fredda giornata di dicembre dopo appena un mese all'accettazione del preventivo. Abbiamo dovuto invece attendere un po' per l'allacciamento alla rete elettrica, ma questo non è responsabilità della SmarTec, ma dei tecnici Enel.
Ora funziona tutto perfettamente e anche nelle giornate con poco sole si riesce comunque a produrre un po' di energia. Con l'App è possibile tenere tutto sotto controllo e ottimizzare i consumi.
Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff della SmarTec, dal commerciale Fabio a tutti i tecnici che sono intervenuti e ci hanno supportato anche per richieste non inerenti come le informazioni per la documentazione necessaria alla cessione del credito.
Ci affideremo sicuramente a loro per valutare l'accumulo e l'eventuale futuro ampliamento. Grazie

Now everything works perfectly and even on days with little sun it is still possible to produce some energy. With the App you can keep everything under control and optimize consumption.
Thanks to all the SmarTec staff, from the sales manager Fabio to all the technicians who intervened and supported us even for non-related requests such as information for the documentation necessary for the assignment of credit.
We will certainly rely on them to evaluate the accumulation and possible future expansion. Thank you

Dalla prima e-mail che ho inviato richiedendo informazioni relativamente ad un impianto fotovoltaico, al preventivo, al sopralluogo, all'installazione: tutto è stato impeccabile ed è avvenuto nei tempi previsti; sempre con gentilezza, massima disponibilità e cortesia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho fatto realizzare l'impianto grazie all'incentivo Superbonus 110% fine luglio 2021. installazione pannelli e impianto elettrico OTTIMO, i ragazzi che sono venuti sono stati professionali, competenti. Consulenza tecnico/commerciale OTTIMO, persona molto preparata e che sa consigliare. Prezzi di mercato, quindi molto onesti (visto che con questo incentivo molti hanno aumentato i prezzi). Comunicazione con l'ufficio tecnico OTTIMO, veloci nelle risposte e sempre presenti per qualsiasi problematica.
direi molto soddisfatto, sto consigliando questa azienda alle persone che conosco e che voglio realizzare un impianto.

I had the system built thanks to the Superbonus 110% incentive at the end of July 2021. installation of panels and electrical system EXCELLENT, the guys who came were professional, competent. EXCELLENT technical / commercial consultancy, very prepared person who knows how to advise. Market prices, therefore very honest (since many have raised their prices with this incentive). Communication with the EXCELLENT technical department, quick answers and always present for any problem.
I would say very satisfied, I am recommending this company to people I know and who want to build a system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'impianto composto da 8 pannelli Sunpower e inverter Solaredge funziona benissimo, anzi devo dire che sono rimasto veramente stupito della sua efficienza ed anche dalla facilità con cui si può monitorare il tutto tramite l'app. L'installazione da parte della Smartec è andata benissimo, in una giornata hanno montato il tutto, con grande cura e precisione. Sono poi stato seguito con grande competenza e cortesia sia dal reparto commerciale che da quello tecnico, quindi sicuramente mi affiderò a loro quando deciderò di espandere l'impianto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da un anno vivo in un condominio di nuova costruzione, con classe energetica A4 e fornito di un impianto fotovoltaico acquistato ed installato dalla Ditta Smartec.
Da pochi giorni ho completato l'impianto facendogli installare un Accumulatore della Tesla e una colonnina Wallbox Pulsar Plus per veicoli elettrici.
Devo dire che sono dei veri "professionisti", l'installatore Sig. Vincenzo ha lavorato come se dovesse fare il lavoro a casa sua, in modo scrupoloso, preciso e pulito.
Ci si rende conto del valore aggiunto non solo del prodotto, top di gamma, ma anche di chi lo commercializza e lo installa, aspetto da non sottovalutare.
Quindi molto soddisfatto, non posso che consigliarli!

A few days ago I completed the system by having him install a Tesla Accumulator and a Wallbox Pulsar Plus column for electric vehicles.
I must say that they are real "professionals", the installer Mr. Vincenzo worked as if he had to do the job at home, in a scrupulous, precise and clean way.
We realize the added value not only of the top-of-the-range product, but also of those who sell and install it, an aspect that should not be underestimated.
