M	Mario Toriello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodici giorni per arrivare una batteria di un S6 che poi non mai arrivata, il bello che dovevano chiamarmi per farmi sapere ...ma non mai chiamato ,anzi quando ho chiamato io mi tenevano in linea da 5 a 10 minuti per dirmi che arrivava poi......sinceramente pensando che il telefono è qualcosa di essenziale .....non mi affiderei proprio a loro per essere assistito...perciò sconsiglio quest'attività... F	Francesco Tarallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comportamento scorretto, dei truffatori. Ho portato un Samsung S10 per la sostituzione del display il 27/11/2021. Mi spiegano che non conviene, prezzo oltre i 200€, mi consigliano e decido di acquistare un Samsung S21, si mettono a disposizione per cambiare lo schermo (sempre con uno rotto)così da permettermi di effettuare il backup. Dopo aver salvato e trasferito i dati riporto l'S10 per restituirgli lo schermo e riprendermi lo smartphone, dato che su internet un S10 con display da sostituire viene venduto tra gli 80 e i 150€. Per tre mesi sono andato quasi ogni settimana a chiedere di riavere il mio vecchio smartphone senza nessun risultato. Settimana scorsa il tecnico mi informa che sul mio s10 è stato sostituito lo schermo e dato a un'altra cliente "per verificare delle cose". Ritorno dopo una settimana e mi dicono che non riescono a trovare lo smartphone e mi dicono di passare dopo due giorni. Ritorno nuovamente e mi presentano un s10 senza batteria dicendomi "che si era gonfiata", senza fotocamera frontale, senza back cover e senza altri componenti. Lo smartphone aveva poco più di un anno di vita, non ha mai avuto problemi di autonomia. Spiego che voglio lo smartphone come gliel'ho portato e mi dicono che non possono farci nulla, sostenendo che il valore dello smartphone rotto sia di 30€ (quando solo il modulo delle fotocamere o la batteria ha quel prezzo). Morale della favola mi hanno venduto un cellulare nuovo e il mio vecchio smartphone probabilmente è stato rivenduto come usato e con un nuovo schermo (quando mi era stato detto che non conveniva cambiarlo) guadagnandoci due volte. Ad oggi, 25/02/2022, non ho ancora il mio telefono. Metto una stella perché troppo educato per sputargli in faccia. Misbehavior by scammers. Moral of the story they sold me a new cell phone and my old smartphone was probably resold as used and with a new screen (when I was told it was not worth changing) for twice as much money. As of today, 02/25/2022, I still don't have my phone. I put a star on it because it's too polite to spit in his face.
