Abbiamo quindi cercato di coinvolgere per un'offerta le imprese edili che, in base ai giudizi sul web, vantassero un certo credito. Dal momento che i preventivi non si distanziavano di molto tra loro, la scelta dell'azienda con cui collaborare è avvenuta di pancia: Marco Martone, titolare della Smart Costruzioni, è colui che fin dal primo incontro ci ha trasmesso l'affidabilità, la serietà e l'empatia che cercavamo. Abbiamo quindi affinato il computo in base alle esigenze, con la consapevolezza che non avremmo avuto "sorprese" di costi extra in corso d'opera, e siamo partiti con i lavori, durati circa cinque mesi. I piccoli incidenti di percorso sono stati sempre prontamente gestiti da Marco, senza mai trasmetterci alcuna preoccupazione e senza veder lievitare i costi. La competenza degli operai, la pulizia in cantiere, la puntualità nelle tempistiche, l'accuratezza delle lavorazioni e la disponibilità di Marco e di tutti i suoi collaboratori nell'accontentare ogni ragionevole richiesta hanno confermato le nostre convinzioni: in un settore in cui il rischio di rimanere bruciati è altissimo, Smart Costruzioni è indubbiamente una sicurezza. We therefore tried to involve construction companies that, based on the opinions on the web, boasted a certain amount of credit for an offer. Since the estimates were not far apart from each other, the choice of the company to collaborate with came from the gut: Marco Martone, owner of Smart Costruzioni, is the one who from the first meeting transmitted to us the reliability, the seriousness and the empathy we were looking for. We then refined the calculation according to the needs, with the awareness that we would not have had "surprises" of extra costs during construction, and we started with the works, which lasted about five months. The small accidents along the way were always promptly managed by Marco, without ever transmitting any worries to us and without seeing the costs rise. The competence of the workers, the cleaning on site, the punctuality in the times, the accuracy of the work and the willingness of Marco and all his collaborators to satisfy any reasonable request have confirmed our convictions: in a sector where risk to get burned is very high, Smart Construction is undoubtedly a safety.
