A	Anna Fede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dare solo 2 stelle al negozio ma non mi sono trovata molto bene. Vedo molti commenti positivi ma ci sono tante cose che sono state sopravvalutate. Sono molto in disaccordo riguardo al personale che viene definito gentile e accogliente. Ieri ci sono stata e non è stata molto accogliente la cassiera. Parlava al telefono e per rispondere alla mia domanda "quanto costa?" doveva finire di parlare e poi mi ha risposto. Per carità, non sto dicendo che non sia giusto rispondere al telefono perché l'avrei fatto anche io ma stai nel posto di lavoro e devi lavorare aiutando i tuo clienti. Nonostante questo dopo che me ne sono andata via avevo detto "arrivederci" senza avere nessuna risposta indietro perché la ragazza doveva finire di parlare al telefono. Boh, mi sono sentita un po' non rispettata. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo mi sembra un po' alto anche se forse è normale essendo che i prodotti vengono esportati da altri paese dell'Oriente quindi fino a qui ok. Una cosa che mi dispiace tanto è che le persone non rispettano il mantenimento della distanza di un metro o di non portare le mascherine. Anche se è un negozio piccolo le persone devono rispettare la distanza e se non si fa perché non è abbastanza spazioso allora va messa la regola del massimo delle persone che vi possono entrare. (esempio massimo 3 persone a volta). Per il resto penso sia tutto a posto, non è sporco e i prodotti sono messi nel proprio ordine! Mi dispiace solo per la scortesia che ho ricevuto. I strongly disagree about the staff who are described as kind and welcoming. Yesterday I was there and the cashier was not very welcoming. He spoke on the phone and to answer my question "how much does it cost?" he had to finish speaking and then he answered me. For heaven's sake, I'm not saying it's not fair to answer the phone because I would too but you stay in the workplace and you have to work helping your customers. Despite this, after I left I said "goodbye" without having any answer back because the girl had to finish talking on the phone. Dunno, I felt a bit 'not respected. The quality-price ratio seems a bit high to me even if it is perhaps normal as the products are exported from other countries of the East so up to now ok. One thing I am so sorry about is that people don't respect keeping a one meter distance or not wearing masks. Even if it is a small shop, people must respect the distance and if it is not done because it is not spacious enough then the rule of maximum people who can enter it must be applied. (example maximum 3 people at a time). For the rest I think everything is fine, it is not dirty and the products are put in their order! I'm only sorry for the rudeness I received. But it can be improved!
