★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi hanno inviato pezzo non compatibile con la mia auto pertanto mi sono dovuto procurare il pezzo in autonomia e mi hanno offerto un conguaglio inferiore al valore del pezzo acquistato nonostante avessi la fattura del pezzo acquistato.
A parte questo si sono dimostrati comunque disponibili ma bisogna sicuramente migliorare.

Apart from this, they have proved to be available, but we certainly need to improve.
