★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi nella gestione dell assistenza, non conoscono i loro prodotti fornendo assistenza parziale e lasciandoti in mezzo all’ Oceano con i clienti. Prodotti spesso scadenti e obsoleti. Direttrice amministrativa senza nessuna cognizione di causa e di nessuna utilità. Nel mondo casalingo forse vanno bene ma in quello professionale stiamo a sotto zero.

In generale l'azienda è affidabile. Ultimamente l'azienda sta rivedendo le politiche di marketing, sconsigliandomi al momento di acquistare materiali, proprio perché stanno rinnovando alcune cose soprattutto sulla qualità. Speriamo sia vero!! Comunque rispondono sempre al telefono e se possono, ti risolvono il problema con l'aiuto di Massimo e Antonio che sono i loro tecnici bravi e preparati.
Il problema sono alcuni prodotti che a seconda della partita che gli spediscono dalla Cina, a volte sono mal funzionanti. Il vero problema, che è stato una spina nel fianco, sono i sensori PIR 868 MHZ a pannello solare da esterno per centrali Defender che si rompono tutti, e non arrivano neanche a volte a 1 anno di vita!
Un altro grosso problema è la garanzia che al momento copre le apparecchiature per soli 6 mesi!!
Per il resto i prezzi sono ottimi, ma a volte escono degli impicci su sensori e centrali di allarme, che ti fanno bestemmiare!
Purtroppo a volte sono andato ad installare dei componenti poi risultati mal funzionanti.
La videosorveglianza va bene anche se ultimamente su Amazon si trovano alcune telecamere a prezzo minore, e anche i recorder NVR.
Costo spedizione decisamente eccessivo.
Tutto sommato non sono male, anche se nell'ultimo periodo sono peggiorati.

The problem is some products that, depending on the lot they ship from China, are sometimes malfunctioning. The real problem, which has been a thorn in the side, are the outdoor solar panel PIR 868 MHZ sensors for Defender control panels that all break, and do not even sometimes reach 1 year of life!
Another big problem is the warranty which currently covers the equipment for only 6 months !!
For the rest, the prices are excellent, but sometimes there are problems with sensors and alarm control units, which make you swear!
Unfortunately, sometimes I went to install components which turned out to be malfunctioning.
Video surveillance is fine even if lately on Amazon there are some cheaper cameras, and even NVR recorders.
Definitely excessive shipping cost.
All in all they are not bad, even if in the last period they have gotten worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima assistenza gli compro un allarme da 3.000 euro poi ti lasciano da solo alla prima noia, alla prima telefonata mi hanno detto la faccio chiamare dal tecnico ,dopo una settimana di silenzio ,ritelefono per avere delle spiegazioni e mi mettono giù il telefono ,delle bestie si comportano meglio, ho chiamato un'altra ditta e dopo 3 minuti avevo un appuntamento col loro tecnico
bad assistance I buy them a 3,000 euro alarm then they leave you alone at the first boredom, at the first phone call they told me I will call the technician, after a week of silence, I call again for explanations and they put the phone down, some beasts they behave better, I called another company and after 3 minutes I had an appointment with their technician
