L’opertatore si è rifiutato di ritirarmi il decoder con tutti gli accessori essendo trascorsi i 60 giorni dalla cessazione del contratto dicendo che ormai dal sistema il decoder risultava venduto e che male che mi andava mi avrebbe contattato la società di recupero crediti per addebitarmi il costo di tutto il materiale per quasi 300€. Lo Sky service dovrebbe trovare la soluzione ad un problema e venire incontro al cliente. Cosa non avvenuta in questo centro. Mi reco invece allo skyservice di viale Petrarca e una ragazza gentilissima ha risolto immediatamente il mio problema effettuando il reso. Dovrebbero essere tutti come lei. Bad experience. Stefano si è prestato a risolvere la mia problematica facendo di tutto per far sì che io potessi essere soddisfatto al 100%. E così è stato...! Consiglio tutti i clienti Sky della zona di Latina e provincia di rivolgersi presso questa assistenza in caso di problemi, in quanto sicuramente troverete una soluzione adatta al vostro caso.
