ci chiediamo per quale motivo nella sua recensione abbia utilizzato termini come "incompetenti" ed "inaffidabili" dato che, dopo attenta ricerca, abbiamo riscontrato che lei non è e non è mai stato un nostro cliente.
Ci viene da pensare che tali parole non siano rivolte alla qualità e alla professionalità del nostro operato, ma bensì ad un aspetto affettivo/emozionale maturato in seguito ad un incontro che noi abbiamo avuto con la sua fidanzata, dove lei chiedeva di entrare a far parte del nostro Team.
Come le era stato spiegato, per le qualità professionali dimostrate, il suo nome sarebbe rientrato nella rosa delle persone interessanti per una futura collaborazione; per altro senza fissare una data certa per un eventuale inizio di rapporto di lavoro, invitandola comunque a continuare la sua ricerca per un' occupazione. Congiuntamente a lei, vi erano altre persone che avevano fatto la medesima domanda e per specificità e qualità diverse sono state integrate.
Spiacenti del suo disappunto, terremo però presente quanto da lei scritto per migliorarci e continuare la nostra crescita.

we ask ourselves why in your review you used terms like "incompetent" and "unreliable" since, after careful research, we found that you are not and have never been our client.
We think that these words are not aimed at the quality and professionalism of our work, but rather at an affective / emotional aspect matured following a meeting we had with his girlfriend, where she asked to join of our Team.
As she had been explained, for the professional qualities demonstrated, her name would have been included in the list of interesting people for a future collaboration; on the other hand, without setting a certain date for a possible start of employment, inviting her, however, to continue her search for an occupation. Together with her, there were other people who had asked the same question and for different specificities and qualities were integrated.
Sorry for your disappointment, but we will keep this in mind to improve ourselves and continue our growth.
