★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scarpe difettose e chiesi se era già successo ad alri, se era normale e se magari poteva passare la garanzia…cosa e’ la garanzia? la domanda e’ stata: sono passati 45 giorni? poi se le hai messe non possiamo fare nulla!!!?dato che rimanevo sconcertato dice:se vuoi ti chiamo la responsabile… no… ho fatto 70 km per parlare con uno strano personaggio che faceva comunella con le altre commesse e guardavano come fossi un morto di fame che riporta le scarpe addirittura utilizzate.. dopo un mese di utilizzo la “pelle”(sfogliatella di carta incollata sopra la stoffa)si stacca a pezzi..morale.. se avete problemi ma avete indossato le scarpe non riceverete assistenza! le prossime proverò a tenerle in scatola…(comprate ad agosto ma essendo invernali indossate a Novembre e a dicembre le ho tolte)
 defective shoes and I asked if it had already happened to others, if it was normal and if maybe it could pass the guarantee ... what is the guarantee? the question was: has it been 45 days? then if you put them we can't do anything !!! starved that brings back the shoes even used .. after a month of use the "skin" (paper sfogliatella glued on the fabric) comes off to pieces .. moral .. if you have problems but you have worn the shoes you will not receive assistance! I will try to keep the next ones in a box ... (bought in August but being winter worn in November and December I took them off)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire,sono le mie calzature preferite.
Compravo le Sketchers anche quando erano poco conosciute, e quelle che arrivavano in quei pochi negozi che le vendevano erano bruttine,
ma .. erano comodissime le piu comode in assoluto,
oggi hanno mantenuto lo stesso comfort anzi meglio,grazie ai nuovi materiali e alle nuove tecniche costruttive.
I prezzi che troviamo all interno del negozio sono molto buoni in relazione all articolo che stai acquistando,forse anche questo campionario è un po limitato visto che online sul sito sketcher ci sono centinaia di modelli.
i commessi/e sono molto gentili e disponibili.
Unica nota fortemente negativa IL NEGOZIO!!!
Molto piccolo per il genere di articoli che vende,solo 1 o 2 panchette per mettersi seduti per provare le scarpe, e poi quel carrello che occupa una corsia è inguardabile e a mio parere anche pericoloso.
Per favore risolvete.

What can I say, they are my favorite shoes.
I bought the Sketchers even when they were little known, and the ones that arrived in those few shops that sold them were ugly,
but .. they were very comfortable the most comfortable ever,
today they have maintained the same comfort, even better, thanks to new materials and new construction techniques.
The prices that we find inside the shop are very good in relation to the item you are buying, perhaps even this sample is a bit limited since there are hundreds of models online on the sketcher site.
the shop assistants are very kind and helpful.
The only strongly negative note THE STORE !!!
Very small for the kind of items it sells, only 1 or 2 benches to sit down to try on shoes, and then that cart that occupies a lane is unwatchable and in my opinion also dangerous.
Please solve.
