Essendo residente fuori città, mi sono avvalso del loro indirizzo di posta elettronica per sapere della disponibilità di un pezzo di ricambio. Dopo due giorni di attesa ho telefonato e mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto attendere una loro chiamata. Dopo due giorni ho richiamato e ricevuto la stessa risposta. Infine dopo una settimana ho riscritto la mail, risultato: IGNORATO. Davvero complimenti, non comprerò neanche più un bullone. Meglio acquistare online da società serie.
The gentleman at the sales counter is really helpful and courteous, absolutely unreliable whoever deals with customer management online. Being a resident outside the city, I used their e-mail address to find out about the availability of a spare part. After two days of waiting I called and they told me I would have to wait for a call from them. After two days I called back and got the same answer. Finally after a week I rewrote the email, result: IGNORED. Really well done, I won't even buy a bolt anymore. Better to buy online from serious companies.
