Mi dicevano di aver risolto (50€ per il disturbo), in realtà solo dopo ho scoperto che non avevano fatto proprio nulla se non inserire una combinazione di tasti per resettare il tamburo. Alla fine la stampante l'ho sistemata da sola. Soldi buttati.
I took a brother printer for service and the same problem came up twice. They told me they had solved it (50 € for the trouble), actually only after I discovered that they had done nothing at all but enter a combination of keys to reset the drum. In the end, I fixed the printer myself. Money down the drain.
