Carino il parco giochi e la possibilità di godere di qualche ora di sole seduti su una panchina a leggere un buon libro. Mai visto alcuno giocare nel campetto, intitolato al calciatore della Salernitana Carmine Iacovazzo. Perfect only if you have no complaints or refunds. Il personale l'ho trovato paziente e preparato. Anche le casse sono abbastanza veloci. Mi è capitato l'operatore alla postazione n. 8 ( di cui non ho il nome) che alla mia domanda mi ha risposto in modo sgarbato che non aveva tempo da perdere per queste cose. Servizio disgustosamente pessimo. Bisognerebbe innanzitutto organizzare corsi di buona educazione. Ovviamente mi sono rivolto ad altri operatori. Insieme a la Vodafone e la Sorical Calabria, la Salerno Energia è una delle più pessime aziende italiane. Tutta la direzione dovrebbe essere licenziata sul tronco. To be avoided like the plague. Meno megalomania sarebbe stata ben accetta dalla cittadinanza, per lo più, piuttosto in ambasce come tutto il SUD da sempre tale irreversibilmente dall'ospedale ai trasporti, dalle strade agli impianti scolastici, dalla R S A agli asili etc. etc.... Ci sono diversi e gravi problemi; dicono di gestire il tutto attraverso il sito web seviren, in realtà se invii un RECLAMO o comunque apri un ticket, non ti rispondono mai, e se lo fanno, solo dopo molto tempo e diverse sollecitazioni telefoniche, dove devi avere la fortuna di parlare con un operatore coscienzioso che prende a cuore il tuo problema! Come era bello quando a rispondere era un operatore in Azienda, il vecchio Gasometro! Ora non fanno lavoro di squadra, litigano tra loro e noi utenti ne paghiamo le spese. Richiedo informazioni dal mese di Luglio e da allora non ho ancora ricevuto adeguata assistenza. Prendete coscienza di ciò che fanno, anche perchè dicono che ti ricontattano e poi non lo fanno mai! Metto 1 stella, se no la recensione non me la fa fare, altrimenti avrei messo ZERO!!! But does the Company keep the outsourced Call Center under control?
