Un bel giorno torniamo a casa e ci spengono l'acqua, per riaccenderla bisogna pagare quasi 900 euro, questo perché risultano delle bollette non pagate, a quel tempo era solo da un anno che vivevamo in quella casa e non era possibile che in un anno abbiamo accumulato 900 euro di debito... In ogni caso abbiamo dovuto pagare la somma, perché se no ci spegnevano l'acqua e non ne voelvano sapere di cercare chi in realtà avesse fatto un debito così grande.. in ogni caso, lo sconsiglio vivamente. Ho fatto mettere il manometro dell'Acquedotto senza allacciarmi, chissà come ho fatto a consumare 20 metri cubi d'acqua è un mistero, abbiamo dovuto andare due volte in sede per fargliela capire. Tra colleghe sparlano di me e della mia (ahimè) ignoranza nel campo informatico e delle forniture idriche. Anziché fornire informazioni, l'impiegata si diverte a prendermi in giro dandomi indicazioni molto generiche e non pertinenti al mio problema e parlando in maniera stizzita, come se le stessi facendo perdere tempo. Dulcis in fundo, ho avvertito nei discorsi un pizzico di campanilismo tagliente, proveniendo io dalla campagnola Ceresara piuttosto che dalla civilizzata ed evoluta Castel Goffredo. Esperienza terribile. Rude to the stars. Unica nota di merito va alla Signora Bonfante Paola che mi ha accolto in modo gentile e mi ha dato tutte le spiegazioni e illustrazioni necessarie! Il personale agli sportelli dovrebbe prendere esempio da lei sulle buona maniere!! Poor service and rude staff, no explanation on the forms to fill out.
