Evidentemente si denota una notevole incompetenza. Consigliato solo se dovete fare cose semplici (quelle difficili non le fanno proprio) meglio rivolgersi ad altra ricevitoria piú competente.
Maybe it depends on the person you find. With a kind and polite young lady I was unable to play a simple lottery card for 3 competitions. Evidently there is considerable incompetence. Recommended only if you have to do simple things (the difficult ones do not do them right) better to contact other more competent bookies.
