Come supermercato non si discute ne prezzi ne qualità da mettete in forte discussione il comportamento delle cassiere che tranquillamente colloquiano al telefonino mentre passano i prodotti da scontrinare brutto segno di professionalità non è ammesso un comportamento così strafottente e superficiale con la clientela è davvero urtante in altri supermercati ad un atteggiamento simile ne consegue minimo un rimprovero scritto e in caso di recidivita' anche il licenziamento comportamenti simili possono portare alla perdita di clientela quindi di introiti dietro ad un bancone o a una cassa vige il sorriso la compostezza gentilezza sempre non che il cliente deve avere sempre ragione sia chiaro ma il cliente va accolto con il sorriso sempre deve sentirsi ben accolto.
