Nonostante gli invitabili intoppi durante l’istallazione fino al terrazzo della canna fumaria per la nuova caldaia e successivamente durante il lavaggio dell’impianto dell’immobile su due livelli, con grande capacità di analisi, è riuscito a risolvere anche i più inspiegabili imprevisti! Tornato il giorno dopo per una messa a punto, e desso tutto perfettamente funzionante. Sarà un piacere rivederlo al prossimo controllo! A casa sono venuti Max e Lele che non solo sono stati veloci e cortesi, ma si sono anche rivelati degli ottimi dispensatori di consigli per la manutenzione dell'impianto (con relativo risparmio di prodotti specifici, cosa della quale sono davvero molto grata). Dopo l'analisi del problema mi hanno comunicato il prezzo del servizio, così ho potuto decidere se procedere oppure no. Non hanno nemmeno sporcato, cosa che mi è sembrata incredibile vista la natura del problema. Conclusione: consigliatissimi. // MAY 2022 // Super positive experience! Grazie al tecnico marco che è stato veramente professionale. Alcune ore dopo... l'intervento effettuato sembrava che avesse risolto il problema al mio scaldabagno a gas ma alla prova della doccia l'acqua erogata NON manteneva la temperatura sia prima dell'intervento, di certo non economico, che adesso. L	Luca Finelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale mancanza di trasparenza,chiamo alle 12.00 di sabato per aprire la porta di casa nella quale avevo lasciato le chiavi dietro la toppa(quindi un lavoro di dieci secondi con una lastra) l'operatore telefonico mi chiede quale sia il problema e dopo averglielo spieto mi spiega che la chiamata costa 30 euro a cui c'è da sommare il lavoro di apertura porta,inoltre mi dice che a breve sarebbe arrivato il fabbro.Dopo più di un'ora di attesa nonostante le chiamate di sollecitudine e continue scuse dicendo stiamo arrivando,si presenta il fabbro e dopo avergli nuovamente spiegato il problema senza neanche guardare la porta con tutta tranquillità mi riferisce che per l'apertura della porta il costo è di 120 euro. Ovviamente ricontatto il numero e l'operatrice in merito al costo si inventa una supercazzola sul fatto che non si poteva sapere prima il prezzo e che non era già stabilito,visto la fretta ho fatto aprire la porta al fabbro che in 10 secondi tramite una lastra apre la porta. Quindi il dopo un'ora di attesa 30 euro di chiamata e 90 euro per 10 secondi di lavoro,molto onesti e trasparenti direi.
